Delete your Ayma account and data

For the Ayma app, operated by Justabot LLC. Delete in the app, or by email if you can't open it.

1 · Delete in the app

Four taps from your profile.

Open Ayma.

Go to Profile.

Open account settings.

Choose delete account and confirm.

2 · What gets deleted

Your data is removed from our active systems.

Connected Google account

If you connected a Google account, disconnecting revokes Ayma's access with Google and deletes the stored access token.

3 · Recovery window · 4 · What may be kept

A short recovery window, then deletion is permanent.

Recovery window

Deletion has a short recovery window during which the account can be restored. After that window it is permanent.

Backups

Backups are kept on a rolling basis and age out automatically, so a copy may remain in backups for a limited period after deletion.

Legal hold

We may keep specific records longer where we must for legal, tax, security, or dispute-resolution reasons (a "legal hold"), and only for as long as that purpose lasts.

5 · Can't open the app?

Request deletion by email.

We may need to verify that you control the account's phone number or sign-in before deleting.

6 · Want only some data removed?

You don't have to delete everything.

Edit your profile

Change or remove profile content in the app.

Disconnect Google

Disconnect your Google account in Profile settings.

Export first

Save a copy of your data with the export option before you delete.
